Some retailers prefer to keep healthy versions of food with the standard versions, while others prefer to make a display of their ‘healthy section’. What works for you and what doesn’t?

My customers are NOT AT ALL healthy! If and when they change their eating habits I will think about changing the products I stock. Do any other retailers out there believe you can change your customers' habits by changing to healthier options, or is it a waste of time and profit? Believe me, if I could help to change the rubbish some of them buy, I would!
I too thought that my customers were stuck in their ways, but actually, the more healthy products I stock the more my customers say they are pleased about it. If you have space to offer a choice that's the best thing.
Partners for Growth is independent & fair advice, compiled by Unilever’s category experts for convenience retailers like you. It is based on the shopper research and national sales data that has helped Unilever build some of Britain’s best known brands.
